Randi Rousseau is the newest member of the WDSU-TV news team, but she is no stranger to the newsroom.

Before landing the job of Time Saver Traffic reporter, Randi worked as an intern for WDSU during her graduate studies. She is a life-long resident of the Northshore and is happy to work so close to her hometown of Ponchatoula.

A graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University, Randi majored in mass communications -- concentrating in journalism -- with a minor in theatre. She spent most of her spare time working at the Southeastern Channel, a college cable network, anchoring, reporting and editing documentaries and earning the program "College Night" a Telly Award.

When she's not at WDSU, Randi enjoys shopping, running and spending time with friends and family.
