If your pager or cell phone is capable of receiving and displaying e-mail messages, you can have messages delivered to your pager/cell. Your account may have two such devices set up as alternate addresses. Enter your pager/cell address(es) in the "Pager/Cell Address" field(s) on the user management page. Your pager/cell address will likely take the form "7-digit-phone-number@provider.com" (e.g., "5555551234@messaging.nextel.com"). Please note that entering a phone number without the "@provider.com" suffix will not work. Check with your provider to determine your pager/cell's e-mail address. Messages that we deliver to pager/cell devices are truncated at approximately 128 characters. Different providers will display our messages in different ways. For example, some will include the subject line, and others will not. These variations are beyond our control. How do I unsubscribe from a cell phone or pager alert?

Your e-mail program may not be accepting HTML e-mails. You may want to change to the text version of the newsletter and see if that resolves the issue.
If it does not, the cause is most likely a spam filter. Spam filters are the most common reason users do not receive their e-mails.
Their are two major levels of spam filtering:
Mailbox level spam filters: To see if this is the cause of your problems, check the settings on your e-mail software (for example:Outlook). Most systems have junk e-mail settings, check to see how they are set up to detect spam.
Internet Service Provider Level spam filters: Some companies and Internet service providers, such as AOL, set up filters at the server level. The rules they make to detect spam may be stopping your e-mail newsletter or alert. Contact your administrator if you think this may be the reason you are not receiving your e-mail.I received my breaking news 3 days late. Why?
I didn't receive my 12 p.m. news today, can you send it to me?
Anti-virus software at the server level occasionally filters mail that they suspect could contain a virus. The mail then gets held up at that level while the system or a real person determines if it is safe to deliver the e-mail or delete it if it's an infected e-mail. You may want to contact your e-mail administrator for assistance on setting filters to allow our mail to reach you.
